The sales team processed the order and shipping efficiently, and I was looking forward to installing a new motorized roll up door .The problems started with the inspection of the door by ESA, resulting in receiving a notice of Non-Compliance, as the unit did not have the required CSA certification label. As a result, our electrical inspection failed, the project was delayed, we had no choice but to redesign with surface mounted conduit, incurred additional charges from the electrician due to multiple visits to the site and the redesign. RollPro asked for my assistance in facilitating the remedy that ESA required, and assured me that I would be treated fairly. With the investigation closed, they are reneging on that. I find myself out of pocket, unable to achieve the look we wanted, and am disappointed in the lack of ownership of the issue by RollPro. Beware if you are purchasing a motorized unit.
