As the owner of Gold Tan and Sunset Spa for the past 15 years, expanding our business to a second location was an exciting yet challenging venture. Radiance Contracting renovated the whole main floor of my home (demolition, drywall repairs, new baseboards and trim, new flooring, painting) as well as my kitchen.
