I had a problem with a piece of fascia that had rotted through. Within 5 minutes of posting my request, Zani responded and said he could come the following day between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. The next day around noon he texted me and said he would arrive at 2:00. He arrived ten minutes early.
I had already purchased repair materials and paint, and after describing what I wanted done, he proceeded to do the job. I joked that I am a fussy engineer, and he said he was fussier than me. He took great care to trim the replacement pieces to the exact size. It took about five trips up and down the ladder.
While doing the repair, he noticed that the cause of the problem was a shingle with two large holes in it. He had a suitable replacement in his truck and installed and caulked it.
He painted the new fascia front with colour-matched paint I supplied. When done, I said that "if you didn't know, you wouldn't know".
