Sunset property maintenance

We hired Sunset maintenance properties to power wash the vinyl siding around our house. And Jake showed up on time and were very courteous and hard-working. Ruben communicated promptly and professionally wether it was by text , the Homestars App or in person. Ruban and Jake moved our flowerpots and herb plants away from the house and also watered down all of the perennials around the house prior to spraying the cleaning chemical on the vinyl. They were very respectful of our home and our property. They did a great job of cleaning all the vinyl and the eaves troughs. Everything looks really clean now. we are going to hire them again next spring to power wash our concrete patio and the area around the pool.

Sunset was very thorough, conscientious and careful. They power washed our entrance, driveway and back and did a beautiful job. Communication was excellent, and they were open to coming back and completing finishing touches they had overlooked.
