Then they presented the quote with his company standard templates. This was my first time doing my roof replacement and I had no idea what to expect.
But his template clearly detailed what to prepare before install new roof. What materials to supply, what to replace including shingles, air vents, and some other works such as install new heaven -gauge
Pre-painted steel for the chimney, seal all new and existing roof flashing using high-grade caulking, replace existing plumbing vent flashing, clean eaves trough completely.
Simply the best.
