I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out in the afternoon to look at my broken refrigerator (the place i called first told me they could schedule me for a phone consultation next week) Nik was friendly, professional and willing to help. Told me he needed to order the part and the repair would be scheduled within the next day or two. Later that evening, i was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Nik letting me know he was able to locate the part, and was willing to come THAT EVENING to fix it (I didnt have a back up refrigerator, so this was a huge help) Would use them again :)
