Repair dryer and clean out dryer vent pipe
Technician arrived and determined the door switch on dryer was broken. He left and came back a few days later with the part. He replaced the broken switch then proceeded to clean out the vent pipe.
Found out that it was full of pine cones. He did not have adequate equipment to complete the cleaning out. He had removed several pieces of the pipe but could not get through to the outside.
He left the pipes in the laundry tub and said I would need to call in someone else to finish the job as he was not able to do it. I was charged an extra $169.50 for the vent cleaning. I contacted the company and they reimbursed me that amount..
Now I had to find another company to come in and complete the job all this time still not being able to use my dryer.
The next company was so professional and ended up doing a fantastic job.
XION seemed to be very unprepared to do this type of work. No proper tools, no proper company vehicle, technician not qualified and overall not a very professional company.

During the visit, he noticed significant debris in your ducts and recommended a professional duct cleaning service, as this was beyond our scope and required specialized tools.Had it been just the lint our technician would have done the job.
We have reimbursed you for the duct cleaning fees the next business day. Regarding the duct pipes, the technician left them in the sink as you indicated you would get them cleaned.
