I hired Millman Design to create a set of covered deck plans for us.

Thomas exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and services. His plans and attention to detail were fantastic. He even located an old plot plan that we needed.

I highly recommend him for any of your drafting and design needs. A+ work.

Tom was very professional and kind. Patience is always necessary through these processes and any changes were handled in an expeditious way. Ultimately the service he provided came in on budget and he collaborated with us with a team mentality and it was much appreciated.
