I hired Alex of 25/7 Construction to repair my wall. His quote was high but I wanted the wall to be repaired and he came soon. After six attempts to repair the wall it still is not finished. Unfortunately I paid him now he isn't answering my phone calls .

Contractor did good work and got the job done efficiently. Contractor was friendly and explained the work involved.

Very efficient and fast. Easy to communicate with and reasonably priced.
Fixed and added deck footing as per request by the city.

Alex came out to check our deck which had sunk over the years. He was able to tell us in detail what the problem was, gave us an estimate, and completed the work within a week.

Very happy with his service and plan to use him again for another project

Alex came by to reattach my sink. He was easy to work with as well as communicate with!

Alex is NOT a carpenter and shouldnt advertise that he is. The stairs treads are tilted down and he said it is for water to drain. They are 1/2 lower at the front of the tread than the back He asked me how far apart I wanted the spindles I told him there is a law about how far apart they can be. He built mine anywhere from 3 to 5 apart.They cannot be more than 4. He asked me how high I wanted the handrail, I told him same as before,in fact it is 1 1/2 lower. The handrail at the front is not level. He didnt cut the spindles at an angle to match the handrail as you go down the stairs. When I sent him an email the next day pointing out the deficiencies he said no way was he redoing the work but I had to pay him for the material anyway. He wanted $400.00 , however there was not $400.00 in material in here and agreed on $300.00. Now I am in the process of finding a REAL carpenter who knows how to build a deck and stairs.
