Subpar Quality & Design for the price

It took more than a month before getting back my kitchen design and updated quote after paying, even when we agreed to having it completed in 2 weeks.
The design lacked the quality expected for a high end kitchen. Then updated quote came back triple from the initial quote.
I spoke with family living in Europe and shared the price of the quote, and they were shocked as this brand was considered low budget.
I wasted too much time and money. Had to go elsewhere.
