Needed basement lowering to have extra space for living and make interior playground for kids. Venchak Building Group did a very great job. Extremely satisfied. Did the job even faster I expected, always clean, great attitude. Highly recommend!

I had a leak in my basement after a big storm, so l hired Venchak Ranovation to fix it. The team did an amazing job. They excavated the soil and showed me the cracks in the wall. After fixing the cracks, they did waterproofing to protect the wall. Fast, professional, and respectful-thank you!

I had a porch and the stairs and it started to slough off. So, I wanted to repair it. My friends gave me the contact of the boys and I asked them to came and do the estimate. The guys came the next day and gave me the price for resurfacing, we were so happy with that estimate. The guys did an excellent job and even exceeded my expectations. Now, my stairs and porch look like the new one. I highly recommend them
