Rebuild the sunroom-style enclosure for a balcony

This was not a standard renovation but Vasyl was up to the task. He reused the existing glass roof panels, saving me money. He searched for just the right kind of vents to allow year-round ventilation and hinged a side panel that can be opened in good weather and can serve as an emergency exit. My balcony will now be an ideal place to relax on a cold but sunny winter day and to start seedlings in the spring.
