StormGuard roofing and masonry

Hired this guy to clean out my chimney as I was hearing a bird inside. He came and said he will get anything thats inside out and out the top cover on. After me opening the flap inside the fireplace to see if the bird is in there he sais he doesnt see anything inside and if there is a bird cant do anything about it and Id have to call animal services. He was very dishonest about his work. Defiently dont recommend. Also he said he was going to show me before and after pictures of the repair that was done on the roof and he did not. Complete disshonest work from these guys.
