The main water shutoff valve from our home was rusty and I couldn't turn it. Tom was the first to contact me on homestars. I checked the past work on his website and it looked good. He gave me a quote with two options: one including replacing the Pressure Release Valve (PRV) and one without. He did the job quickly, and now I can turn the valve easy. He checked my water pressure and it turned out I didn't need the more expensive PRV-replacement option.

Extremely satisfied with our Kitchen Faucet installation. Tom was a complete professional right from the outset. He responded to the service request promptly, gave us a fair and reasonable quote for the job, completed the installation in a timely and efficient manner, and tidied up after. Well I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried snaking myself SEVERAL times to no success, so I put an add out looking for local plumbers. Within 5 mins I got a reply from Tom. Came out right away and within 20 mins, he had my sink running like new again. Easy to talk to and took pride in his work. Would definitely recommend
