Karl was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He was quick to reply to my service request and other inquiries. Like a true professional, he was honest with the diagnosis and fair with his pricing. He also went above and beyond to service our dryer issue even though it was a last minute request. Truly an amazing individual to say the least. I had already recommended him to two family members right after the repair was completed and will definitely call him again in the future for any other repairs of my own. Thank you Karl.
