Annual Fall Service

Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Home Air Care service technician-Cory was very professional knowledgeable and experienced. During the confirmation test of the furnace, heat pump and HRV, Cory noticed there was a problem with the system setup. The furnace and heat pump were not working properly. Cory corrected the problem and now our heat pump is now working with the furnace to heat our home.

They’ve cost me over a thousand dollars by hooking up my new heat pump wrong….run!!

Misrepresented the heat pumps capacity and function
Installed it wrong costing me an extra $1000 in propane
Instructed me incorrectly on how to efficiently use it
Shushed and ignored my repeated emails and complaints
Left a hole in my house after installation potentially letting rodents in
Installed the furnace in a way that barely passed inspection according to the independent inspector
Technician taught me a year later what they should have
And 18 months later, I still havent got my $4000 government rebate they promised

Water Heater

I decided to purchase my own water heater rather than pay monthly rental fees until the end of time, so I contacted Home Aire Care for information. We replaced our aging Air Condioner on the advice of the technician who did our anual sevice check up May 2024. Installers were very efficient and had our new unit installed quickly. We had a nice cool summer thanks to Home Aire Care. We would highly recommend this company.
