Do not hesitate to hire JAL Deck and Interlock
After meeting multiple contractors to discuss demolition of our 20+ year old stone patio, construction of a deck in its place, and relaying of pavers at the front of our home, we put our faith in John and his team. Our decision was based on Johns demonstrated knowledge of the craft, fair pricing, references, and patience while we made our decision. (At our request, he came to our house multiple times to discuss the project before we hired him.)
From the start, John was responsive and kept to the timeline promised. The team arrived on schedule and the work unfolded seamlessly. Although we had agreed on the design for the deck, Tyson made suggestions along the way that improved the end product. When the build was complete, dirt was brought in and seed was thrown over the part of the lawn that was damaged during demolition. Randy did a beautiful job relaying pavers in a random pattern
On a final note, when the project was finished, John called to ensure we were satisfied and informed me that we had overpaid $1,000, which he immediately e-transferred back, demonstrating dedication and honesty.
We cannot be happier with our new outdoor living space and its thanks to JAL!
