I was satisfied with the work and prompt and timely responses in communication. I will recommend their services for moving of furniture and other handy man services.

We hired Andres and his crew to remove three popcorn ceilings. They did a very professional job and were very diligent in their cleanup afterwards. They ran into an issue with our ceilings that required them to work more days than anticipated which they did without complaint or extra charge. We highly recommend these guys and plan to use them again to work on our basement.

Andres and his team worked all day to remove steps that were falling apart and then rebuilt them with new materials. They also leveled off an area where I wanted a storage unit, set down pavers and constructed the storage unit for me. They were pleasant, very capable and efficient. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. The pricing was very fair as well.

Im updating my review as of June 3rd. While I was very pleased with the initial work, I asked for some additional tasks to be quoted on, which the vendor agreed to do. But, I have asked for an update multiple times since May 13th, with no responses, so now I would rate this vendor as unreliable and not recommended.

I hired Andreas to remove popcorn ceiling, repair some drywall issues and repaint. A crew of 2 -3 came until the job was finished and cleaned up slopily.Unfortunately, the paint was not carefully applied and there are now noticeable differences of colour of the walls.

The contractor did not reply to an email or return a phone call.

The contractor has blocked my communications so its obvious that he wont come back to repair damages he caused.

I had a great experience with E&F, very easy to communicate with and helpful. I needed several shelves and a very heavy mirror put up on my walls. Didn't rush the work but also didn't take too long to complete, respectful of my space, and just very nice guys! Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

I was looking for a handyman to come a complete a variety of different household projects- things Ive been putting off for years. Ex. Fixing my garden gate, fixing plaster in my bathroom, creating a new door and trim for my electrical box, replacing my doorbell. Chai was incredibly communicative and collaborative- making sure I was doing things in a cost effective way. I would 10/10 recommend, and will very likely be hiring him again in the future.

Andres was great. Easy to communicate with, punctual and clean. He did great work, well definitely use again!

We hired E&F services to recaulk our bathtub and bedroom window. They were polite, tidy, and completed the job quickly and very effectively. Would definitely hire them again.

E & F were followed up quickly on our request for service (next day). They gave us a quote same day and were available to do the work the same week. They repaired two faucets and secured some track lighting that was falling down. They were thorough and even did some extra work to ensue there were no future issues. Good communication. Great work. Will be using them again in the future.
