Serhii Build

We originally contacted Serhii and Iryna to build a fence around our corner property, but it was soon clear that a retaining wall was what we actually needed to keep soil from eroding and dogs off our grass. They were professional and rational about their advice and we never felt like we were being oversold.

Recommendations were made and budgets were presented clearly, that respected the limits - when there were proposals that created additional costs (ones that we needed), the transparency was better than any other contractor we've ever worked with.

We not only got a retaining wall built, but an old tree root dug up (with a shovel and chainsaw in under 2 days - amazing), pathway built, old growth roots removed, chainlink fence posts removed, and sod put down.

Serhii and Iryna are a great team and there is a clear process in how they work - deposit payment, and clear dates made it easy. They are well experienced and have built entire homes, so the project we had with them was 'easy'.

Appreciated that it was Serhii who showed up every day or his trusty partner, Bogdan, who was a pleasure to have at our home. Expectations were well managed and the finished product was better than anything we could have hoped for. Language was never a barrier, and the whole team was a pleasure to work with.
