I hired this service for a moving-out cleaning of a bungalow with a basement (5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). I was really not satisfied with the final outcome. The first issue was the postponement of the cleaning, which did not leave enough time for a walk-through & to address any concerns or re-clean if necessary. they started late (after 6p and worked for 2-3 hours (6p to 8/9p). the floors were left wet, and a major issue: the storage room was not cleaned (completely missed). I had to follow up the next day at 5 am to clean the storage room. This service is not suited for a place bigger than a 1 bedroom apartment.
I Will not and DO NOT Recommend it!

The basement is not incuded in the contract! One more thing before we leave you mention that the job is awesome just like your fridge, washroom, windows. bathroom, microwave! this is not acceptable review. And you mention also everything is looking great, how come that is happen to your comment. Again this review is not true.
