Basilica Construction

I dont have a good experience signing a contract with Basilica for my kitchen and bathroom.

I do not recommend Basilica for spoiling homeowners saving in providing substandard renovation services. Basilica does not take any responsibility for the professional services and repairs that it claims in its contract.
I like the architectural design and layout from its qualified architecture. I also like the kitchen cabinetry. But Basilica remains unsuccessful in turning the beautiful architectural style into reality because its subcontractors are not qualified enough to prepare floor tiles before installing the kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures.
The company does not provide services of licensed plumbers, electricians, and subcontractors. It was my worst experience to sign a contract with Basilica.

Moreover, Basilica does not own its architectural drawings when city government requires Schedule 1 form to issue permits which infers that the company does not provide services of licensed plumbers, electricians, and subcontractors.
It was my worst experience to sign a contract with Basilica.

Basilica Construction is a professional construction company. Mr. Mirza and Mr. Connor visited my house to ensure the quality of work completed by his team. I am grateful to them and their team for providing professional services and bringing innovation in renovation and design.
I love the material and kitchen cabinetry that made my spacious kitchen more open and aesthetic.
I recommend Basilica for building your dream home.
