Daniel is Meticulous in his planning and precise in everything he does. He helped with building permits and once started was hard working and a good time keeper. Daniel renovated our master bathroom in 2022. He and his tile guy Anthony did a great job and the room has been a joy to use ever since. Everyone was professional and the work was clean. When little issues came up (as they do during a job like this) Daniel was good at discussing the issue with me and offering practical advice. One unexpected issue that happened a year and a half after the reno was a small drain line leak from our shower, but Daniel owned it and repaired it without hassle under warranty. I understand that nothing is perfect and things happen sometimes, but firmly believe its how you handle issues that makes all the difference. These are the kind of people I want to do business with.

I hired Daniel to do both the design and installation of an interlock walkway at the front of my home. I felt very comfortable with Daniel right from our first get together because of his great interpersonal skills. He quickly visualized what was required and explained to me in detail what the walkway would look like and how it was to be constructed, making sure I understood the quality materials he planned to use. The final product was more than I had hoped for and blends perfectly with my landscape and the colours of my home.

Daniel completed a shower renovation for us. His work included demo of existing shower, plumbing modifications, reconstruction of shower, tile and plumbing hardware. Daniel has a great attention to detail and his craftsmanship was excellent. Daniel completed his work efficiently and was very tidy as well. Daniel completely gutted our 1950s bathroom. He put in new floors, drywall, insulation. We now have a beautiful walk-in shower with a smoke glass door. New sink and toilet. He is very professional and courteous.

Daniel and Son was recommended by our stone paver supplier. We found Daniel excellent to work with and the job was completed on time and on budget. We liked the way he explained how he would construct it with a detailed quotation. He worked with our vision of the design and helped with stone choices. Very pleased with the work and end result. Our project included the walkway replacement and a stone paver apron in front of our garage.

Daniel was great to work with. We designed the layout (changing it multiple times) and it was executed perfectly, exactly how we had envisioned it. Daniel made recommendations on material and colors, showing examples of recent similar work.

Once it started, it was done very quickly with professional equipment. Any sod that was damaged getting the material to the back was repaired and any debris was swept up promptly.
