I called this removals company to facilitate our move however, unbeknown to myself my Wife had already booked a removals company. I called the person who dealt with my inquiry (James) and he told me I would have to speak with his supervisor to get my deposit back. I called back on the Monday as advised only to be told I would have to deal with James to get my deposit back. I called back three more times and there was always an excuse why I could not speak to someone. I still have not received my deposit back, please do not use this company nor give them any money as they will rip you off.
