The original inquiry was for a 100A to 200A panel upgrade, but in our neighbourhood the electric is underground and so that would require the city utility service to dig up and re-wire from the transformer costing potentially tens of thousands of dollars. Instead, Evan was able to install a new circuit on a 60A breaker, with a load manager that will intelligently cut off our new EV charger if load on the home approaches the 100A limit. The work was clean and professional, and when we needed some tweaks to the load manager after installation, Evan was completely responsive and even showed up on a Saturday to make the adjustments!
