Barry replaced the cedar decking that had been previously installed with composite decking from Home Hardware. He also replaced the existing wood railing and metal pickets with glass and aluminum railings also from HH. During this installation Barry discovered that another contractor who had installed a insulated roof over about half the deck area had failed to drill out the eavestrough to allow water to drain off the roof and failed to screw the under deck blocking which secured the roof to the deck. Barry rectified both of these errors in the regular course of his own work. We have had nothing but compliments as to the final look and quality of workmanship done by Barry. We be sure to contact Barry again when it's time for our next project.

Turned the stairs so it would look like a separate entrance to the basement.
Asked 2 other contractor, but was declined and instead they wanted to do more projects that would cost more money, but he made it possible.
The new stairs is perfect
