Dan of All Trades

I contacted Dan after many recommendations from people in my neighborhood. He has done a few jobs for us and I would like to employ him for more in the future. He did a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom and I am exceptionally pleased with the work. He was on time, communicative, adaptive and included us in the process. He worked daily until the job was done and the entire process took about two weeks, start to finish. Its been two years and things are still great, no issues have popped up.

In terms of price, he was very reasonable. Fair prices as per the quotes I have obtained. Came in at the median or slightly lower than the other quotes.

We had Dan back to replace our fence last year. We live on a wedge shaped lot so total length was about 180 feet. Dan worked with us to design the fence and gave recommendations based on wind and geography to improve longevity. Again, he worked extremely hard and worked until the job was completed. I have nothing to say but good things for the quality of work and work ethic.

In the next year or so I will be calling him to reno our laundry room.

We bought our house in 2019 and did many of the renovations ourselves, however, when it came to drywall, I was not the most handy, so we reached out to Dan which I got through a referral from a colleague at work. He came through and initially did some drywall work for us. He was very clean, very thorough, and easy to communicate with, his pricing was transparent.

In 2023 we were going to have a baby and our bathroom was still the same bathroom from the 1960s so I reached out to Dan to figure out if he could do the renovation for us after going back-and-forth and getting an initial quote we knew we wanted to go with Dan since we were so pleased with the work he had done for us before.
