They produced a detailed estimate within a day and the work was meticulously completed within a week to my complete satisfaction. The quality of service and the attention to the work this company offered is a rare thing these days!

After reading the positive reviews from others, I hired Maverick to repair parging and resurface the front steps. Dwayne and his crew were friendly, and responsive every step of the way. The front step resurfacing proved more challenging than expected, but Dwayne cheerfully dealt with all my concerns. Good communication and pride in their work was evident from the outset. I would hire them again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Dwayne and the tradespeople did excellent work. Dwayne was super responsive. We neglected to fully specify the job-we said it wasnt necessary to do a small portion. When we changed our minds they very graciously came back the next day to do the small bit of additional work, at no cost. We highly recommend them.

My 30+yr old retaining wall finally gave up the ghost and needed replacing. I got Dwayne's name from a Facebook neighborhood post recommending him for landscaping. He was over to give a quote in a few days and started the work shortly after. His workers were very considerate in trying to minimize the mess/inconvenience during the job. Since he was at my place with all the equipment, I also had him level some of the existing pavers which have become uneven over the years as well as re-parging part of the foundation which was looking pretty shabby.

Had an issue where the driveway/ steps were sinking, resulting in water pooling around the house. Dwayne and his crew did a great job, fixing the problem and the interlock looks great! The team was friendly and they worked very quickly. Much appreciated!

Ive had many different contractors. Price is important, but just as much or more so is honesty and integrity which is what I found with Maverick. If youve pulled your hair out or lost sleep over a hellish contractor then youll understand. Maverick construction (Dwayne) is one of those contractors that actually stands behind their work.

Dwayne and his crew were communicative, polite, and punctual. I always felt welcome to ask questions. The crew were gracious and kind. Their work was completed as promised.
