We decided to replace our patio and steps (23 years old) in our back yard. The ground had shifted and the steps were falling apart. We approached four companies for quotes and after meeting with all of them, we selected Maverick Construction.

During work in progress, they responded quickly to our making real time changes and they made recommendations which they thought would improve the finished project. The high degree of skill, craftmanship and knowledge shown by Dwayne and his team was impressive to say the least. They all take great pride in their work. Our back yard is now truly a thing of beauty.
Dwayne and his team took care of everything; from moving all the patio furniture and gazebo off the old patio to replacing it all on the new patio. At the completion of the project, they were very diligent when it came to the cleanup. They even added topsoil and sod to the back yard to bring it all up to grade with the new patio and parged the cement wall along the patio.
If you are contemplating a new patio, steps, walkway or wall, we highly recommend contacting Maverick Construction before you start. You wont be disappointed. And, we will hire them again for any future projects.

They responded to my request immediately, visited the site and explained clearly the work to be done. They produced a detailed estimate within a day and the work was meticulously completed within a week to my complete satisfaction. After reading the positive reviews from others, I hired Maverick to repair parging and resurface the front steps. Dwayne and his crew were friendly, and responsive every step of the way. The front step resurfacing proved more challenging than expected, but Dwayne cheerfully dealt with all my concerns. Good communication and pride in their work was evident from the outset. I would hire them again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Dwayne and the tradespeople did excellent work. Dwayne was super responsive. We neglected to fully specify the job-we said it wasnt necessary to do a small portion. When we changed our minds they very graciously came back the next day to do the small bit of additional work, at no cost. We highly recommend them.

My 30+yr old retaining wall finally gave up the ghost and needed replacing. I got Dwayne's name from a Facebook neighborhood post recommending him for landscaping. He was over to give a quote in a few days and started the work shortly after. His workers were very considerate in trying to minimize the mess/inconvenience during the job. Since he was at my place with all the equipment, I also had him level some of the existing pavers which have become uneven over the years as well as re-parging part of the foundation which was looking pretty shabby.

Had an issue where the driveway/ steps were sinking, resulting in water pooling around the house. Dwayne and his crew did a great job, fixing the problem and the interlock looks great! The team was friendly and they worked very quickly. Much appreciated!
