Kuran was able to come to the house within 24 hrs (on a weekend) after quoting me a price we agreed on . On inspecting the washing machine , he quickly told me the drum was the issue and called in to get a quote on the new parts . After hearing the amount it was obvious we needed to buy a new washing machine . He was quick to say thats what he would do too and deferred our agreed amount toward installing our new machine .
