I highly recommend Richard for any, absolutely any tasking and/or repair. I used this site off of a recommendation from a friend and Richard was the first person to respond to my ad. Immediately I noticed he was knowledgeable on the topic of bathroom ventilation and standards and made himself readily avail according to my schedule.
On site he was friendly, humorous and a straight to work mentality. The site proved useful and Richard was very effective, professional and as such will seek his service(s) for future home projects. The ONLY negative, to which is NOT his fault, is that his phone number appeared in my phone as from Milton, ON. As such, was reluctant to answer.

They came on time, very professional, did an excellet job at a great price. I highly recommend them and will be getting another estimate shortly.
