We recently hired Baileys Construction to add additional bedrooms to our newly purchased home, and we couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, they were quick to respond to our inquiry, prompt in providing a detailed quote, and started the project exactly on the date we requested. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and their professionalism was impressive throughout the entire process. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely hire them again for our next project. Highly recommend!

JDSA Bailey Construction truly saved my basement after a major water leak! While I was on vacation, my hot water tank burst, flooding my basement. I was able to salvage most of the hardwood flooring, but the drywall and subfloor were damaged beyond repair. After removing the ruined materials and drying the area with industrial dehumidifiers, I hired JDSA Bailey Construction to restore the space.

From start to finish, their team handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. They replaced the insulation and resealed the vapor barrier, installed new drywall (mudding, taping, and sanding), installed a new subfloor, and carefully reinstalled the hardwood flooring. They even touched up some of the paint on other walls of the basement that werent part of the original quote at no extra charge!

The workers were prompt, skilled, and completed the project ahead of schedule. The price was fair and reasonable for the level of work provided. I also appreciated their attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship.

I feel fortunate to have worked with such a reliable and professional company. Without a doubt, Id hire them again in the future. Highly recommended!
