Mike called 30 mins after I submitted a request. I asked Mike to come and check my 3 year old garage door as one cable had fallen off twice over the past few years. He came promptly and explained several issues with the door installation together with the (reasonable) cost to me to fix. He fixed the issues in around an hour and left me with a nicely working garage door. Thank you Mike.
