Totally dishonest

Ottawa

I received the wrong diagnostics, which I found out only after I brought somebody else. The technician acknowledged that his equipment was not working and that this was the reason for the wrong diagnostics. He also said that they have policies to reimburse you on this situation but he never reimbursed me any money. If I had not brought somebody else I would have probably paid for parts that I didn't even need. I recommend everyone to be very careful with this business

Great service

Moving & Storage review in Ottawa

My washing machine stopped working on a Saturday afternoon, when we had piles of laundry to do, and despite claims of same-day service, another company could only offer me an appointment on Wednesday. Enter Nile Appliance Repairs: Gatluak was able to check the machine the next day and quickly identified the problem. He got the replacement part on Monday and repaired our machine that afternoon. Prompt and courteous service, and a job done right -- that's what Gatluak delivered, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for appliance repairs. Thank you Gatluak!

Washer and dryer installation

We were let down by the company that sold us pedestals for our washer and dryer. Nile were able to come the same day and do the installation. The guys who came were polite and friendly and despite some problems they stuck with it and did a proper job. Very happy with the attitude and the work.
