I cant express how happy we are with our new windows and front door. The installation team, led by Jerry, was fantastic. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were exceptional. The sales representative, Bash, was incredibly helpful; he stayed on top of the project, ensuring everything went smoothly. From start to finish and beyond, everyone was great. I was extremely impressed with the excellent service we received from Evergreen. Great job guys!

Bash was incredibly accommodating, helpful, patient, and always quick to respond from the sales team. We had 14 windows, 2 entry doors, and our patio doors installed by Jerry and Chris, who demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and did great work. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of and in good hands. It was a pleasure meeting everyone!

Evergreen was also the most reasonable in price from other quotes we got when considering warranty and everything we got. The sales experience was also really good overall.

I think when undertaking a major home reno project such as replacing windows and doors you need guidance and co-operation throughout the process, especially if you're not a contractor or experienced in this field. Bashar and Mark were amazing every step of the way and gave us the confidence from the beginning to ensure that the product and installation services would be to our satisfaction. That's the least I can say as the installation far exceeded our expectations - Jerry and his Team were simply the best! Our job included the reinstallation of our California Shutters and sometimes we think that they were reinstalled better than the original contractor :) Nevertheless, the removal and installation of all of our windows and doors were fantastic with proper care and attention to detail that I'm certain not many in this industry would do today.
