Contractor used my Vacuum and left it full of drywall dust. Installed chipped tiles and used the wrong caulking on the shower. Got charged an extra $500 over the quote. Not impressed with the job.

Regarding the use of your vacuum, we typically use our heavy-duty vacuum for all our jobs. If we did use your vacuum, it would have been to clean adjacent areas such as the next room or corridor.
The caulking we used is of high quality and specifically designated for bathrooms and kitchens, adhering to all relevant codes.
Regarding the extra charges, you were notified in advance about the need for self-leveling in the kitchen, and you agreed to the additional $250 charge. We are unsure why there is dissatisfaction with these agreed-upon charges.
Additionally, we performed several extra tasks at no additional cost, including:
Painting the entire bathroom
Replacing door trims
Installing a new sink faucet
Installing a new mirror
Installing a new light fixture
Self-leveling the bathroom
