Correspondence wit Total Roofing was handled promptly, with clear answers to questions. The work on the small repair involved was done by a friendly employee at the time arranged, and has been successful with dealing with the problem - a squirrel getting in.

Eddie had just the right size crew to tackle two adjoining townhouses and get them both done in one day, including clean-up. Not rushed or cutting corners, but just very efficient and a well coordinated team. Having done a bit of roofing in the past, I was very impressed with the technique used by his team.

Previous roof done 20 years ago, recently noticed a few tiles missing. Called around and Total Roofing was the most responsive. Eddie was out the next day with an estimate and could do the work within a month. Due to another customer postponing they were able to do the job within a week. The team was polite and very efficient, the materials used were of good quality and the cleanup afterwards was thorough. The roof looks quite good and very neatly done.

Very Affordable. Company was very customer focused, listened well, gave options when issues were found, showed up on time and date, worked through lunch, protected area including Neighbour's house and driveway with tarps and plywood, took extra time on cleanup to make sure no bits or nails etc were missed. Will recommend to Neighbour's etc, and will rehire in a few years time when the other half of roof deteriorates or if other issues arise.

We recently had our roof re-shingled by Total roofing. Right from the start Eddy who is the owner was very transparent with the estimates. Once we settled on the price their crew showed up on the agreed date. Project took 3 half days due to weather and the roof was about 26 SQs. The crew kept us informed on the days game plan as well as the progress update at the end of the day. Each day they cleaned up after their work. My overall experience has been excellent. The crew was very professional, hardworking and took their work seriously.
