RIXVA Landscape

Our strata recently hired Rixva Landscape, led by the outstanding Ricardo, to revamp the landscaping across our building, focusing primarily on the 2nd-floor patios, the planters at the entrance, and tidying up the shared 4th-floor patio. The results were truly transformative!

The bulk of the work was done on the 2nd floor, where Ricardo and his team revitalized the patios for 8 units. They replaced unhealthy plants with vibrant new greenery, added fresh soil to improve plant health, and carefully removed overgrown or damaged vegetation. They even repaired the pavers, creating a safe and aesthetically pleasing outdoor space for all residents to enjoy.

For the shared 4th-floor patio, Rixva Landscape focused on cleaning up and tidying the existing bushes, leaving the area well-groomed and refreshed without altering its natural charm.

The planters at the entrance also received a complete makeover, with fresh plants and thoughtful arrangements that now offer a warm, welcoming touch to the building. Based on this work, we retained their service for regular maintenance too.
