We have used Drew twice, once to repair our air conditioning unit and a second time to replace the venting motor on our heater. On both occasions Drew demonstrated a strong work ethic in his response time, punctuality, timeliness, and overall quality of the work. He took the time to answer all of my questions (of which there were many!) in a friendly and courteous manner. We came home from our vacation to a freezing cold home with a baby and toddler in the middle of winter just before the holidays. Drew answered our call right away and came to have a look and fix our furnace. He was very fair, knowledgeable and professional. He had our furnace running within an hour and a heated home for the night. We are forever grateful and have his number handy for any HVAC maintenance and repairs. We highly recommend him!

Prompt, efficient and timely removal of old unit and installation of new
air conditioner. Drew arrived at the appointed time on a Friday and stayed very late to complete the job so that we would have air conditioning over the weekend as we were experiencing a heat wave.
