Jeff provided excellent service and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who has appliance troubles! He was transparent about the pros and cons of replacing the gasket for my washing machine so that I could make an informed decision. He talked me through the repair and provided really helpful information for the upkeep of the machine. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and thoroughly tested the machine to make sure everything worked properly before finishing up.
