requested the services of Nigel (Moxam Construction) to resolve a certain number of issues identified when I moved to a new residence. Some issues were identified in the House inspection document others were changes we wanted to do. It included relocating a washer and dryer (new venting), eavestrough corrections, checking roof venting, baseboard installations, repairs of the patio door infrastructure damaged by faulty installation,
He will give suggestions on issues you want to correct and carry the work accordingly in an effective manner. What he committed to do, he will do. It is without hesitation that we will call upon him for other improvements in our house.

Nigel gave me an estimate within a week and did the work over the weekend, which was necessary given that it was an emergency! He did a great job for a good price. No fuss. Very easy to work with.

Nigel responded to my service request right away. He came over on time as promised and fixed my seized window on the spot. He was very friendly and easy going. Id definitely recommend him and will use his services again.

Nigel did an exellent job; he hauled away the rotting railroad ties; brought in the supplies and constructed the retaining wall. It was easy to discuss with him all aspects of the project. He communicated well informing us when he came each day. I would definitely use him again.

I needed significant mold removed from my bathroom ceiling. The plaster had started coming off and needed to be replaced. Nigel responded within hours and was able to check it out the next day. Everyone else gave me over inflated estimates but not him. He did an outstanding job. He is punctual, friendly and honest. He is hard working and is very good at what he does. His work was very neat and clean. He even did some extra things like caulking on my sink and reinstall the shower head. I highly recommend him!! Thank you so much!

Nigel did an excellent job helping waterproof my parents home. He quoted a reasonable price, arrived on schedule and finished in a timely manner. It was a large caulking job, removing 30 year old caulk from windows and several flashing and wall joints. He graded a problem area, and properly dug out and installed all window wells in home. The caulking work is clean and straight, all repairs are well done.
