When submitting my request to have a door handle set and lock replaced, Melvin answered that same afternoon. He was very pleasant to talk with and discuss my needs. I shopped online for a replacement and we agreed that I would let him know when it arrived which it did about two weeks later. The next morning, I left Melvin a phone message letting him know and received a response from him shortly after. He arranged to come out and replace my door lock set that very afternoon. He arrived with John and both men were very professional, very pleasant to talk with, and they patiently answered my every question. I enjoy watching and learning how things are done and they didnt mind in the least which I appreciated. The new set was installed perfectly. As well as their expertise, I greatly appreciated Melvins honesty. Had asked him to take the removed door handle/lock set and use it to replace the one on the back of our garage door because I was finding that handle very difficult to turn and open. He went out and looked at it and then told me he could take care of the handle so that I would be able to open it with no problem. He did and I could. This is a man who cares about his clients and does not take advantage of them. He could easily have made more money by doing as I asked, but he kindly and very professionally, solved the problem for me instead. His charges for the work were as fair as can be, as well. This I know because of the estimates I was given by others. I highly recommend Melvin. He is trustworthy and the absolute best!

Crown Moulding had some minor stain damage that required sanding and some fresh paint. Baseboard at floor was pushed out due to some very minor leak damage, and we opted for a fresh coat of paint over the wall as well.

Melvin was on time for the job, always answered the phone, and answered all my questions. Job was completed to full satisfaction and he was able to salvage the original baseboard and use that. Would recommend again!

Mel and his team did a great job on our oven fan installation. The job was a little tricky as it required drilling a hole into a wall which already had some existing pipe work. Mel went through all of the possible options before starting and helped us feel at great ease. Job was scheduled quickly after the initial visit and was completed swiftly on the day.
