Biniam was the first to answer my service request, within minutes. He arrived the next day and confirmed that a valve was broken. My dishwasher was fixed the following day and it is no longer leaking. Biniam even followed up to make sure that it was working. I was very pleased with his service and I highly recommend him. Excellent, efficient and professional.
