I had a very disappointing experience with Mohammad and Focus Landscaping. Here are some of the major issues:
Lack of Communication: Communication was almost nonexistent throughout the process. Mohammad was unresponsive, answering only 1 out of every 5 texts, calls, or emails. This made it extremely difficult to get updates or address concerns during the project.
No-Shows and Broken Promises: On multiple occasions, Mohammed promised to come to finish the work or fix issues, but they never showed up when they said they would. They continually delayed the project. Very unprofessional behavior.
Unreasonable Delays: There was a significant delay in completing the job. On one ocaison hey left a huge pile of gravel blocking my driveway for an entire week, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
Messy Work: The job was poorly executed. The concrete work was done carelessly, leaving my property looking worse than before. There was no attention to detail, and the finish was far below professional standards.
Unprofessional Conduct: When they did finally arrive, they did the job with poor results. Overall, it was a stressful and frustrating experience dealing with them.
I would not recommend this contractor to anyone looking for reliable and quality concrete work. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
