Im getting a new washing machine and noticed when I shut off the valve and removed the hoses water was still dripping out. Fabio came and took a look and let me know what part was needed (it was nonstandard) and then came back to install.
I would really recommend Fabio - he is very quick to respond and trustworthy. I thought I would need an outdoor tap replaced but when he investigated further it was working fine.
