John was great to work with. Amazing communication, punctual, showed up and did exactly what they said they would do on budget and on time. Install looks great, cleaned up everything. Would not hesitate to use Bridlewood again. Wish we knew about them before we finished our basement (wanted in floor heating)....

Furance/Heat Pump install

John walked me through several options and took his time to discuss them with me. We had a few hiccups along the way, and John kept me up-to-date on the status of my order/installation. I was very impressed on the quality and ensuring they didn't put something that would not last in my home. I would recommend their services to anyone.
