Recently, my wife and I had an issue with bubbling paint on a portion of the ceiling in our primary bedroom. After putting an initial request out on the HomeStars site, Theo quickly contacted me and personally came out to our house within a couple of hours to have an in-person inspection of the situation. Having a strong feeling it might be some form of water/moisture problem, he headed directly to our attic. Suspecting an issue with our vents, he then turned his attention to our roof and discovered two of the vents with holes, caused by animals. Theo was quick to effectively repair and seal the holes in the vents before turning his attention to our bedroom ceiling. He did an outstanding job in repairing our ceiling, cutting out the damaged area and replacing it with drywall, followed by mudding, sanding and painting. In fact, he not only re-painted the ceiling but the entire room.
The work Theo performed was flawless and my wife and I are extremely impressed with his diligence and eye for detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Theo at Yung T Custom Carpentry.

My basement had water damage that required the removal of all the affected drywall and the flooring had to be all refinished along with baseboard and trim. Where the drywall was cut in some places Theo repaired with new and seamed as well as fulls sheets on the walls and ceiling and looks amazing. The flooring I choose is vinyl luxury plank and underneath Theo used Dricore that keeps the floor well insulated. I couldnt be happier!

Pretty big job have since sold the house as a matter of fact the realtor told me it increased the value of the house. This man showed up atleast 15 minutes early every time very punctual solid work and he finished a day ahead of schedule. Its hard to find young men that work this hard nowadays are hard to find solid work great price. I highly recomend Yung Ts custom carpentry for your renovations. I have since recommend him to friends who have all had solid work done very punctual and polite my best advice is use him ASAP as once his name gets out I am sure that he will be very busy. 10/10 expierence will use him for future renovations as will my friends.
