I have referred Blake to a number of my clients who have purchased homes and needed renovations done. I trust Blake to complete the job with efficiency but also hold him to a high standard of workmanship. He has never let me or my clients down, and because of that, I will continue to use Blake and his team for future needs. 5 stars all round.

Blake does amazing work. He does it in a timely manner and even gave me some ideas (the floor) to make my dream bathroom come true. My bathroom before was small and a pain to clean. My new bathroom is huge and the workmanship that went into the tiling job was incredible. I LOVE my shower and everything about my bathroom. He was able to do all the work himself. The plumbing had to be moved around and fixed and we also decided to change the lighting situation. Everything turned out great and Im very happy. Hes a very friendly and efficient. Cant wait for him to come back and do more work. 10/10

Had Blake and his team out to build a very large deck for a cottage, their prices are very competitive, and the deck turned out amazing. Everything was built to code and passed inspection. Will definatly be calling him back for future projects

My shingles were flying off when ever the wind would pick up so I knew it was time to replace my roof unfortunately .. I hired lander living spaces to complete this project, I found lander living spaces to be very fair in price and Blake and his crew were very professional when completing this job. This was by far the best experience Ive had with a contractor. Blake always kept me updated. He always showed up when he said or let me know when something came up. After calling three or four contractors that never showed up, I called Blake at Lander living spaces who is on-time provide a thorough, clear contract, and did the job an extremely short period of time
More than satisfied with the quality of work and honesty, I proceeded to book 2 more renovations. would highly recommend very upfront and honest and insured. Not to mention excellent workmanship

I had a previous contractor and had purchased the flooring. Never showed so, we contacted Blake. He informed me, I had not enough flooring! I was told I need 70 and had to by 92, but Blake measured and said 100. Luckily with vey good management he was able to make it work. (No Waste) .
We like his work so we had him do another floor in on suite bathroom.

Blake saved us after we were ripped off by another contractor. We contacted Blake to finish off our bathroom after another contractor had come in and only removed all the bathroom walls and never came back. Blake gave us a very detailed estimate at a fair price. Blake accommodated us in getting the work done quickly after we had been without a bathroom for 5 weeks. He was meticulous and knew his trade well. We followed through with several of his recommendations in the design of the bathroom and are happy with the finished product.
We will not hesitate to have him back for any other renovation we may undertake. We highly recommend him and his work.
