The PNTR for Renovation & Painting

I bought a new dryer that arrived on Tuesday. While bringing it down to the basement, I scratched and damaged the wall along my staircase. On Friday I had some free time and I wanted a group of people to come in and install the new 240 volt circuit for my dryer and fix the damage on the wall. Everyone else I called made a huge fuss on not being able to send a drywaller and an electrically inclined person on a single request along with other complications. When I called the PNTR, their tone was completely different and took it upon themselves to send me the right person to be able to get the repairs going on both of my issues, and if not, they would get him some help till it was all done. They came in on short notice and followed up on all their promises. They had all the competent people under one roof and from one phone call they fixed both my issues with full transparency, professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely be calling them back for help with any tasks around the house.
