We had an emergency shower demolition and complete rebuild at a rental condo unit that required urgent attention, as we like our tenants and want to keep them.

Failure of the shower membrane through wear-and-tear also damaged a recently renovated laminate floor. Istvan at Green Line was able to quickly inspect the condo unit, and consult with us on what needed to be done within the limits our insurance.

We appreciated that Green Line expedited our job within their schedule and dedicated themselves to completing it in just over a week -- and in respect of condominium regulations regarding repairs and renovations.

We're very happy with both the shower rebuild and complete replacement of the previous laminate with vinyl flooring. The quality of the shower rebuild surpassed our expectations, and Istvan was meticulous about making sure the water would drain properly, cause less splash by slightly sloping the floor towards the drain, helping us choose tiles, and recommending a quality shower membrane. Our tenants are also happy with the professionalism of Istvan and his team. We highly recommend Green Line and look forward to working with them on future projects.
