Jake was so personable and easy to work with! We really appreciated the cleanliness of the work site and his respect for the rest of our home while working on our basement. The communication throughout the project on when other trades would be hear and deadlines were always very clear which made planning on our end throughout the project very easy. Our basement is beautiful and everything we asked for and more. We would highly recommend Cisar construction to anyone!

In these days of its good enough, Jake is a breath of fresh air. Honesty, integrity, pride in work, respect, attention to detail, I cannot say enough about this young man. The fact that he actually CARES about the job at hand is very apparent. We handed him a challenging small deck/steps/walkway job that by other companies we were told could not be done the way we wanted. Jake proved them wrong. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Jake. You are one in a million these days!

Jake provided a great first impression and assessment of the work to be completed. What we specifically liked from the get go was that he listened to what we wanted to accomplish and tailored his advice to that. He provided a detailed breakdown of the labour and materials cost, remained in touch throughout the project and addressed all of our inquiries quickly and professionally.
Jake and his team were always on time and kept the working area very tidy which we appreciated. We had a clear plan for each day of the project which was completed on time.

Cisar Construction was professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Jake determined the cause of our window leak (a large spray foam gap). Carefully removed all the window casing, filled multiple
spray foam gaps, allowed the spray foam to cure, cut away the access, reattached the casing properly to the framing around the window ( It had previously been attached to the vinyl window itself), chalked and painted the casing. The window looks better than it ever did and the leak has been fixed!
I would highly recommend Cisar Construction for any home issue, repair, renovation or construction project big or small.

Dealing with Jake and Cisar Construction was a breeze - his communication throughout the entirety of the project was phenomenal and we were constantly kept in the loop with project timelines, project scope, any minor snags and even giving us a heads up if he was running 10 minutes behind.

From our initial project scope, he was exceptional. He was honest and realistic with our options and as new business owners, he was very understanding of our budget concerns.

I could go on and on about how successful the project was with Cisar Construction, but I'll keep it short and end this by saying that hiring Jake and Cisar Construction to do our home renovation was the best thing we could've done.

I originally met Jake as I was looking to have someone come in and fix the work another contractor had done a terrible job on. I was already on edge and frustrated. Jake came in and just took care of all my worries. He spent so much time with me up front to decide what the trim should look like and what my vision was. He sent me a few options to choose from and created such a detailed quote. He also did extra work around my house while he was there. Jake and Bliss showed up early every day and stayed late every day. I was in awe of the work he did and couldnt believe how meticulous his work was. I didnt think someone with this level of attention to detail even existed. My only regret is that I didnt get him to do my whole house from the start.
