In the 21 years of home ownership, major renovations and small to medium sized handyman jobs, I've never had such a good experience as with Adam and Mike. They completely redid the bathroom in my rental unit (I have a duplex) and a score of other jobs in my own unit -- to my complete satisfaction and beyond. They are reliable, punctual, honest and 100% fair in pricing. They give a lot of attention to detail in their work and can be relied upon to do it flawlessly. I cannot recommend MADACON strongly enough!

Adam and Mike have been great to work with. Even with all the changes I make along the way, he has accommodated my requests without any issues. The workmanship top notch! Timeline went over by a couple of days but one should always expect to encounter a problem. You never know what's hidden behind a wall or under a floor and I was kept informed throughout. Communication is key to excellence in customer service. No hidden costs or surprises on the bill. I have 2 more projects to come for Madacon.

Madacon did an excellent job on our bathroom. We wanted to be done our way, like colours tile . Adam and Mike would say this colour would be better to Match everything but the choice is yours. Best Home renovation I've ever used! Am absolute pleasure to deal with. They installed new laminated flooring, carpet on the stairs, install trim, completed a basement bedroom including paint.
